Dear Subway Management,I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with the incident that transpired at your Subway location on 7th Street in Parkersburg, WV, on February 21, 2024, at 3 pm.During a sensitive and urgent female hygiene emergency, I approached the establishment seeking access to the bathroom. Despite my clear distress and the visible evidence of a menstrual emergency, the manager, holding the keys, callously denied me access, insisting that I had to be a paying customer.This lack of compassion and humanity is distressing. I showed the manager the tampon in my hand, explaining the urgency of the situation, yet he callously refused entry until I became a paying customer.This forced me to leave, retrieve money, and return to pay $6 for access to a basic human necessity.I find it deeply troubling that your establishment prioritizes profit over basic human decency, especially in a situation that warranted empathy and understanding.It is unconscionable that a business would exploit such a vulnerable moment, making access to a restroom contingent on a financial transaction.I implore you to address this issue promptly and reevaluate your policies to ensure that similar incidents do not occur in the future.A fundamental sense of compassion and decency should guide your business practices, and denying access to a bathroom during a health emergency is both morally and socially unacceptable.I expect a thorough investigation into this matter and appropriate action taken to prevent such distressing incidents from happening again.

2 girls( one very young and one old) with very nasty attitudes. The girl couldnt say what went on an italian and charged me 20 bucks for a sub just because i added capacola...Had to keep asking for everything. Napkins, my dressing that i got charged for but didnt get. Evertthing seemed to be a problem for them. Wont be going back to that one. And my bread was old.

they could keep it a little cleaner and better stocked on their items they have but as far as service goes they was friendly and patient with my children trying to decide what they want.
There was a blonde lady that waited on me that gave me attitude and then blew me off. I wanted a 6in chicken breast on flatbread and she said they stopped making that. I told her I just had one yesterday. She said where at. Told her in Virginia and WV get all time. Said well they might have it up there but down here we don't. Then went to another customer for few mins and came back to me and I ordered turkey she made it but slid it to another guy who checked me out. Think she rolled her eyes and mumbled something under her breathe. Don't appreciate her attitude. Need be nicer to people especially people from out of town. Saw it right on the menu right behind her. If they don't have it anymore then take it off the sign.??
