Never had their style of pizza before. The mozzarella cheese is put on after the pizza is cooked, allowing the cheese to melt by the heat of the pizza in the box. Incredible taste. Never tasted a crust so delicious. Crisp but not hard, soft but not soggy and soooo full of flavor!! Sauce was very tasty and blended so well with the toppings! If you want the locals secret sauce, go to DiCarlo's. And the crust is amazing. My husbands family lived in Wheeling for generations, and they all talk about DiCarlos being the best pizza ever. As an outsider, I still love it. I hadn't experienced toppings in bags but I decided I like it this way. You can top your pizza with all the goodies and everyone can choose what they want. Granted, its not the best pizza ever in my opinion, but its darn close!
