My wife and I were fortunate to find this gem located at the centre market area in wheeling, WV. The waitress we had made us feel right at home and because of this experience we went back the following day. Also I need to give a shout out to the cooks who prepare the delicious meals. If we ever venture back to the Wheeling area the Market Vines would be on our radar.
Had the sweetest waitress/bartender for a late lunch today. Also got to meet the owners, which were very hospitable. The market Reuben is life. They had a great wine selection too! Clean and professional.....must visit.
