Employees are always friendly and the ice cream is good but twice now I’ve seen an employee wipe their nose on their hand or lick their hand and go right back to work without washing their hands. One was a younger guy (nose) and the other a girl with dark hair and glasses (licked her hand)

Absolutely delicious every single time. Even when the line is long, these guys get it done. Everything we get tastes amazing. We are obsessed with the options and how you can really pack in the extras!Highly recommend for a treat. I've had their cake in the past and that was also very tasty! Would be great for parties.Dietary restrictions: There was only one Silk lactose-free option I noticed, in chocolate. There could be more diet-friendly options.

Service is okay and the ice cream is good. The store is absolutely dirty all the time. Nothing is wiped down, all the glass displays are dirty, containers holding candy are gross. Whoever owns this store obviously doesn't care.

The ice cream is good and the service is usually decent. The atmosphere is somewhat lacking however so I usually get everything to go with my kids. Not a bad spot if you've got a sweet tooth.

Was the worst experience I’ve ever had there, I get that they(employees) were over being there… it’s close to closing time, but having to ask them to help us because none of them would.. they were mopping and wouldn’t even acknowledge us… what’s the point in being there if you aren’t going to do the job you’re being paid for … worst experience I’ve had there… you guys can do better.
