Great service and food was real goodThey were kind of short handed for waitresses.The young lady that waited on us had several tables and she was new. I think she did a great job taking care of all of us. Extra help did come in later but she did great for being new.

Was served spoiled food , I took a bite and had to spit it out in my napkin it was so bad and they refused to admit to it! When I asked to have them remove it from the table the lady across from me said she could smell that it was spoiled. Asked to talk to the manager Daniel and he was very rude. I wasn’t even asking for a discount only an apology!!!

I have eaten here three times. The food the first two times was a surprise: it was divine! Fresh, flavorful, and delicious. This last time the menu was completely changed. Our waitress seemed lost when explaining the menu. At one point she blurted out: “I am so stressed and under pressure.” That was a revelation. And gone were all the items we enjoyed before. For me not having pasta was a big loss. I did not care for their repacked and prepared shrimp Alfredo. It tasted like the jar it came from. In the end she brought us a simple meal of salmon but the salmon was way overcooked and dry. I still rate this restaurant reasonably high. There is not a plethora of good restaurants in Casper Wyoming, and almost none specializing in seafood. It was twice an outstanding place to eat. This review is hopeful; hopeful that they will revert back to fresh food, the old menu and wait staff who are informed and cooks who can prepare excellent food on a crowded Friday night.Dietary restrictions: They have removed most of their gluten free options.

Great spot for seafood; everything was wonderful. The kids got different activity pages so they had a variety of puzzles to do, and they use the tabletop interactive screens for games and payment.

The food and atmosphere is typical of Red Lobster which is to say that it’s perfectly acceptable for a chain restaurant. The server, Gabe, was the star of the show. This guy was absolutely amazing, best server we’ve had in years!

I got the surf and turf. The steak was really pink I asked them to help and they pick up the steak off my plate leave and drop it off 10 minutes later just as rare as it was before. Waste of money and horrible service don't eat here. Paid around 60 for our meal and I did not leave a tip. Horrible service manager was no help at all.

Came in last night with my family for my parents anniversary. The service was terrible, they took our drinks dropped it off and didn’t come back for about 20 minutes to take our order. There was only us and two other tables seated, the other tables had a different server than us.I get that no one likes serving big tables but they treated us like we were a nuisance. After 20 minutes of trying to get any of our servers attention, one of the servers walked away in the middle of me placing my order. Never saw him again for the rest of the night. Was told about 5 times last night that we couldn’t do Togo on the endless shrimp.(which we were fine with) but was told that so often it felt like she thought we couldn’t understand English( we’re Asian) even though we had clearly told her in FLUENT English each time we were fine with no togos.Overall our night felt pretty ruined as the waitstaff treated us so poorly. Save your time and money people, go to literally anywhere else but here.
