I think they have great potential to be an awesome addition to the community food wise and I was excited to try them. The first time they gave us the complete wrong order. I was told we would be issued a refund, never happened. We went back again, same thing once again. Completely messed up our order. Last time we went we were given wings with no sauce (how does that even happen?) and a watered down yet some how over flavored Italian soda. If the service was better it’d be amazing.

As fellow business owners...Hire more people! You are a great 24/7 restaurant in Casper and we love you. Great food but your employees are working understaffed. Get them help! Keep the food good and the time wait down, it’s worth it. Good job to the people doing their best with that they have there right now.

Paid $5.50 each for 2 shakes that were only 2/3 full and the girl who made them even said they were short, tastes like milk with a hint of ice cream. Very disappointed 8/10 would not recommend

I love this place there are many flavors like Cotten candy I also like how when you want a cone and a cup they will put the ice cream in a bowl with the cone on top but I still have not tried the boba tea ?? because I did not know they had boba tea?????? we are trying it on Thursday because I have a cavity ????

Excellent place, great ice cream including the only good tasting sugar free ice cream I have had.The customer service is amazing. Sophia was very patient and so sweet to my two kids who couldn't figure out which ice cream they wanted.We went back again. Ice cream is still excellent and this time we were served by Bailey who was so great and knowledgeable about their products.
