Bejo is an amazing place and will definitely suprise you being in Cheyenne. I wish I had more time here because I would have come back a 2nd time. Staff was amazing! Family owned and you can tell they take pride in their restaurant. I chatted it up with the owner and was fascinated with with their history. This definitely is my favorite restaurant in Cheyenne. The food is the best part here. Well crafted rolls that meet or exceed standards, with other options from various Asian cuisines that are all above par. Good portion size for the price overall as well.The venue has unfortunately seen better days, though.
