If you haven't been back to this restaurant in the past year or so due to poor quality food and service, it would be worth another look now. They have changed management and staff and it shows. The food quality and service has greatly improved and it's nice to have the IHOP I remember back again!
The food was fine, I was a bit disappointed with the lack of service. I finished my meal and was not offered a refill until 10 mins after I finished my meal. The restaurant was not even close to being busy at all.
