The manager was communicating well with everyone and making sure the staff had the orders right. Pretty impressed. I don’t think I’ve seen leadership like that at a McDonald’s before.
My husband and I keep giving it a shot on South Greeley in Cheyenne but they need to do better! The food is okay but the customer service needs a lot of work, many rude employees, orders not being correct, and just plain and simple lack of caring about the job, I definitely recommend the McDonald's on Lincolnway! Such friendly staff and its nearly always freshly made!
