Don’t know why it seems such an inconvenience for the staff to do their jobs. After all isn’t it customer service. I just wanted a couple cinnamon buns and she seemed pissed off that it requires not kneeling on the counter.

I live in central indiana. We used to have Schlotsky’s here but they closed up shop and moved out, much to my disappointment. Anytime I travel to locations with a store, I absolutely drop by and get the cheese original, just as I used to get while living in Texas, 40+ years ago.Vegetarian options: I am a vegetarian, and just simply ask for the cheese original as I used to get years ago.

At 8:20 pm I order two of the “Pick 2.” I was told they’d already pulled the soup so did I want them to warm it. Why do you pull the soup 40 minutes before you close. The cashier was very nice about it, so I said no, I’d warm it myself at the hotel.I tipped when I paid… not something I usually do for fast food but she was so nice.I return to our hotel. Husband said his sandwich tasted good, however at one point he had to spit out “something hard.” I didn’t check...read full review
