$17 bucks for a chicken sandwich with nothing included!!! You are out of your mind!!!! Go to Douglas to The Grassland Market for half the price!

The experience was bad enough. There was this old wrinkly bye-bye arms lady there who spoke like a trucker who knows how to find some action. Then her son "Joshy" sits in the back, making what looks like dirty toilet water after taco night. But she likes to lick the rim, TMDWU. Would be nice though, if she could take better care of her toddler.

Don’t know why it seems such an inconvenience for the staff to do their jobs. After all isn’t it customer service. I just wanted a couple cinnamon buns and she seemed pissed off that it requires not kneeling on the counter.

The worst sandwich I have ever had and the little children working here need to go home and stick to their Play Station.

Seriously the most disgusting food I’ve ever had, turkey meat is like eating rubber, the most fake meat I’ve ever had, bread taste like gluten free I ordered sour dough. And they couldn’t even keep the soda bib changed ended up with soda water instead of sprite, not with going all the way back for a soda Will never eat this food again ?

I live in central indiana. We used to have Schlotsky’s here but they closed up shop and moved out, much to my disappointment. Anytime I travel to locations with a store, I absolutely drop by and get the cheese original, just as I used to get while living in Texas, 40+ years ago.Vegetarian options: I am a vegetarian, and just simply ask for the cheese original as I used to get years ago.

Love their gluten free sandwiches. Sometimes have a longer wait because they are so busy.

That was the poorest excuse for roast beef I have ever tried to eat, I ate a quarter of that $16 sandwich and could not eat anymore, dumped it into the trash and hit the road, Sad!

At 8:20 pm I order two of the “Pick 2.” I was told they’d already pulled the soup so did I want them to warm it. Why do you pull the soup 40 minutes before you close. The cashier was very nice about it, so I said no, I’d warm it myself at the hotel.I tipped when I paid… not something I usually do for fast food but she was so nice.I return to our hotel. Husband said his sandwich tasted good, however at one point he had to spit out “something hard.” I didn’t check that out myself, but that’s not something you want to have in a turkey sandwich.I ordered a Smoke Cheesy Sandwich as clearly noted on my receipt. However, as per the photo of my sandwich, that is not what I received. I tried the sandwich because I was hungry, but it was not to my taste so I did not finish it.I’m accustomed to checking my bag when leaving fast food establishments, but now I have to open everything before I leave… not very customer friendly. And I even tipped for this poor service. Being a courteous server does not absolve you of doing your job correctly. I was not impressed with the experience. I did like the soup though.

You ring the bell and wait for someone to come help you. The woman was rude. Took the order. We then waited for 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches. When she brought it out she yelled the name and threw the bag on the counter and walked back through the door. The sandwiches were not even hot.

This is the worst Deluxe Sandwich i've ever had from schlotzsky's, and I've been going to schlotzsky's ever since I was seven years old. One, someone does not know how to bake bread and 2. What happened with the lettuce? Do you not know how to buy fresh lettuce? Very disappointed.

Really wanted to try it. The lady at their counter said sourdough was the only bread they had. This was at noon. We left.
