I am not one to typically write a review; however I feel like the only way you can improve is by getting some feedback. We have given BWW here in Gillette multiple opportunities. Unfortunately; the service was consistently unpleasant. Staff not being aware of needs, or the is environment around them. For one examples: We sat close to where servers congregate and what I am assuming was the shift lead was very degrading to the other servers. The server Addie was a wonderful waitress, under pressure she handled it well. And there was an extremely rude 12 top before us and I think she did great. She deserves a raise and some paid time off.
