Pretty much what you'd expect from Jimmy John's, except when we tried to order a simple ham and cheese sandwich for our daughter. We wanted ham and cheese and mayo, but no lettuce or tomato. The girl at the drive in said we couldn't get mayo on it, but they could give us mayo packets. This made no sense. Because we don't want lettuce or tomato they can't spread mayo on it? Other than that the guy at the window apologized for the wait and the food was really good.
We were in the drive thru. They didn't ask about meals but we thought we ordered meals, chips and drink with the sandwich. Had to correct at window, then they gave us the wrong chips. Food is good. Customer service could be better.

We ordered delivery and it was fast and our order was right. However, I ordered a Sprite and I’m assuming what happened is that the syrup didn’t come out of the fountain machine along with the carbonation because it was just carbonated water in my cup. But for the most part, everything else was great!
