While driving to Nevada from Denver, my road trip party and I pulled off to enjoy some food at Bonsai. I read a bunch of reviews that said their sushi was good, and I had to try it out for myself, seeing as Bonsai is in Wyoming and thus not near the sea. I needed to know if their sushi was as fresh as claimed. I have to say that it was pretty darn good ! The service was a bit slow, and it was a tad bit expensive, but I understand that it was expensive because it has to be shipped...read full review

I have always left too full for my own good! Everything always tastes so great, I can't stop. This is definitely the best Chinese food in Sweetwater County! I highly recommend the chicken lo mein, mongolian beef, and any of the sushi! You literally can't go wrong, though - whatever you order will always be fantastic.

The atmosphere is low because the booth seats are in dire need of repair. I'm not a fan of seats with big holes in them. The food is what is expected. Not great, but not bad.
