This is my favorite Mexican restaurant! The food is always amazing and the staff are always friendly and efficient. I highly recommend the chicken taquitos, chicken fajitas, and non-alcoholic pina colada. Everything is always top-notch.
Stopped overnight at the adjoining motel and dined here at Las Cobas and thoroughly enjoyed our Valentine special. A platter of food came as large as the waitresses serving tray. Included two margaritas which were delicious. The food was tasty, hot and delicious. It came with appetizer of refried beans and salsa, and all the chips you could possibly want.Our server, Liesa, was attentive to our needs.
