“I wasn't a fan of sitting so close and out in the open. The table my husband and I were seated at was directly in front of the entrance. Right where people are checking out or waiting to be helped. It was V-day, so of course it was nonstop hustling and bustling.A staff member called to inform us our table was ready. We said ok, we're walking in. (We were literally in the parking lot shutting the doors to our car). As we were approaching, a host? had menus and flatware in her hand, peeked her head out the doors, walked back inside and was telling her coworkers "they're not here. Who's next?" and proceeded to put the menus and stuff aside. My husband stepped up and said "we're right here!" All she said was "oh" and showed us to our seats.I get it. It's probably one of the busiest nights for restaurants, but we were literally about 10ft away when they called us to be seated. Sheesh. Impatient much?Other than that, the parmasean chicken was juicy and flavorful. My mashed potatoes were cold, but good. Our waitress was polite and attentive. Food came out in a timely fashion, Considering how busy they were.Hats off to the employees (all but that one host) because it was absolute chaos and they were on their A game“

““Lost Keys”I experienced my first visit to Longhorn’s Steakhouse at the invitation of a friend. Needless to say, I was thoroughly satisfied. I felt that I owed my friend really big so I paid for our late lunch except for the appetizer. Chris who was our server, although she was super busy, she made sure we were taken care of was super attentive and helpful with making great suggestions about the food. I had the baby back ribs with fries and a chopped salad. My friend had the lamb chops with sweet potato and ground cinnamon on the side. No, the specific requests didn’t cause even a hint of a frustration for Chris. She handled everything so very well. We had a spicy fried shrimp for the appetizer, which went excellent with the salad, and we both said that that could’ve just been our entrée and we would’ve been happy with that. Oh, but the tenderness of the ribs and the lamb chops were exquisite, so of course we made room for them too. Fun fact, I drove my friends car to the restaurant, but I carried my keys with me and somehow I lost track of them between the restaurant and my shop. Of course I left the keys at the restaurant. Once I got someone on the phone, I let them know I’d left my keys and they replied right away that Chris found some keys and left them in the back office and I could come and pick them up…Like I said Chris took really good care of us. After all was said and done, it was so worth the 40 minute round-trip back to get my keys. Six stars Longhorn’s!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thanks S, Your Neighborhood Tailor @Alterations Next Door“

“This is my second time in the past couple years coming here and both times, the filet mignon was cooked to perfection. I’ve been to a different Outback location that cooked the same food horribly, so I am very impressed with the food, as well as the great service!“

“Awesome service and our server Tanner is amazing. I took my daughter out for lunch because she lost her baby recently and to have a great service on top of an amazing server made our outing even better considering the circumstance. I'll be back and will request Tanner's section!“
