Tonight I placed an order online, I went in to pick up & my friend has came with me to place an order inside. When she walked up to order the employee was rude and said are you guys placing an order? And my friend said she was and he said “well they were in front of you, just so you know” and was very rude about it. The 2 girls were sitting at a table, so we had no idea they hadn’t already placed their orders. When it was my friends turn to place her order, she asked the employee to wash his hands & change his gloves since he had just eaten a pepperoni while having his gloves on, which only made him More mad and he proceeded to have an attitude about it. She then told him she didn’t want him to make her food, and said the other employee could. He said great, we asked for his name and he said “billy bob” He has a distinctive angel wing tattoo on his right forearm,& shaggy dirty blonde hair which is a dead giveaway regardless of his name. One of the other customers got involved and my friend proceeded to tell her it was only bc she was worried about her family’s health which is why she asked him to change his gloves. He then told us he has the right to ask us to leave his store (which he never did) My friend told the other employee she was sorry he had to work with someone like him, because you could tell he was embarrassed. The guy then said “we’ve been friends for 3 years he doesn’t mind at all.” The guy was very rude & extremely unprofessional. The other employee, was very nice & respectful.
