Past two times chicken was over cooked. Tried crispy meal and it was over cooked and dried out. Just tried nuggets and they were same way.
I’m not even sure if this is really a kfc anymore. The last two times we ordered the food has been awful. The chicken is greasy and the xtra crispy has no crunch and is tasteless. Would no advise this kfc. (Bentonville)

Couldn’t get what we wanted and got extra crispy white meat, two dinners, a two piece and a three piece, dried and we couldn’t eat it. How long had it been sitting there. The place isn’t cheap and we had to throw it out.
