HORRIBLE SERVICE from the Host seating us and the server. We walked in at 3:15pm and only one table was seated in the entire building. Not one person greeted us, just sat us down with menus. The one and only table that was there had to get up and get someone to come over and take their orders. We sat, and sat, and sat until finally a server appeared on the floor. She stopped and asked for our drink order. No name was given, no greeting, just, "What do you want to drink?" To us 30 minutes from the time we walked in and was seated to getting our cocktails. She took another 30 minutes to come over to take our order. The place is starting to get more tables seated. I look up and the Hostess and a server are sitting down at a table right beside us and they are eating. The Hostess gets up from eating her meal to seat tables as the people start coming in. Still no food, and not one staff member is on the floor!! Finally, or food comes out and is placed before us. Server gone. She never came by to ask how the food was, did we need anything, no dessert offer, etc... We do not see her again until I have to ask another server to get our check for us. Not sure who manages this restaurant but they need to be fired!! The worst service EVER!! My tip reflected the service and I will NEVER eat at ANY LAS PALMAS Restaurant!! PS - They do not sanitize the tables. They take a dirty rag that sits by the server station and wipe each table. No spray, no clean cloth, NOTHING!!
