“We had Valerie help us. She was fantastic. There was a mixup in our ice cream order that she did not do. But she jumped right in respecting other workers and respecting us as customers and completely redid our order so quickly we couldn’t believe it. Plus, as we were heading out of the restaurant she said to us did you enjoy your visit? How was everything. She’s such a great worker. We always saw a smile on her face. If you go to this restaurant, make sure you check and see if Valerie’s there. But we think you’ll know she’s the one with a smile on her face all the time. “They were incredibly busy but our wait was reasonable. I ordered a cheeseburger and ended up with a double meat patty which was not thoroughly cooked. Otherwise the food was delicious. Like so many other restaurants these days no one actually cleans the tables which I will NEVER understand. I don’t mind bussing my table but I do mind sitting at a dirty table and no cleaning options available to me.“

“Edit: Looks like they're just doing smash burgers this season '23.Got a bison patty melt to go- it was divine!Edit: this season's menu is a bit different and my go-to is the brisket cheesesteak sandwich. Actually it's so good I've only been twice this summer lol too easy to get hooked. They have an excellent set-up for eating outside and having a beer. Sometimes have music and events. They also have a permanent restaurant in Eureka Springs.“

“We normally love Red Robin. The food and service is top notch. But last night, my husband's teriyaki chicken burger was over cooked. Limp Fryston. My fish, which is normally top notch, tasted and felt like it had been microwaved. Same with the garlic fries. Limp. Not crispy at all. For 50 bucks, it could have been better.“

The only thing I would say is that the waiter seemed high the entire time......super nice....but high. We will probably come back at some point to eat here again.“
