Service is just awful , very weird vibe with staff . Fist visit we ordered , waitress dropped food off and disappeared! We had no plates , silverware or napkins , our drinks were needing refilled we were the only table in the restaurant, the staff must have all been in the back , I went to find plates, silverware, grabbed tea pitcher that was on the counter, refilled our drinks myself ! no one ever noticed ! such a weird experience! only saw waiters when our check was delivered ! Second visit was better but very slow ! Third visit confirmed we will never go back ! Again only table there , a long wait to get someone to take our order , drinks delivered to us then several of the staff were in a corner gathered around a girls laptop , laughing and having a great time all while we are just waiting to get someone to take our order ! A man came from the back i assume a manager , he began to cuss and yell at his staff , my daughter did not need to hear that , I felt bad for how he was talking to the staff , as we were getting up to leave he saw us and began to apologize for his language and behavior, it was so unprofessional and a strange encounter! Will never go back, unfortunately the two meals we had there were good , I hope they can get better management and servers with a servants heart !
