First time customer, my dnl brought me a beautifully packaged red velvet today for my birthday, cake was pretty and l loved the packaging. Problem was, first pinch contained what I am hoping was a mustache hair. I understand accidents happen, so I contacted the manager who had zero interest in trying to replace the item, she basically said "sorry accidents happen" with a no big deal attitude which tells me this happens often. I will not EVER try the cakes again, the lack of customer service was unacceptable and I will be sending a pic to the health department.
