The absolute worst experience ever in a restaurant. My wife and I were seated quickly at a table near the bar. No big deal because there was nobody at the bar. We waited 30 minutes before we stopped a waitress walking by. She apologized and brought us drinks and some biscuits. She also took our food order even though she wasn't our assigned waitress. We stopped her again 40 minutes later and asked where our food was. She went back to the kitchen and "our waiter" brought our appetizer and our meal out together. The biscuits were amazing but the food was awful! He apologized and blamed the cook. We asked for the check and waited 20 more minutes before I had to ask the hostess to find this guy so I could pay. I don't need Red Lobster to reply or try to make it right. I just hope that yall will do better for the next guy.
