very good staff and food
The Rail has gone down hill... Mostly due to a few unfriendly staff... It's been that way the past 4 - 5 visits. I used to go at least once a month. I'm done for a while....

Checked in at 5:30, once we finally got a table via text they insulted us by assuming we walked in a stole a table. They even asked us for proof that we checked in by verifying our phone number. We told them one of your staff seated us. They kept staring at us like we did something wrong, but they had two people on their waitlist under the same name. By 8:30 our food still hadn't arrived. We told the waitress and assuming one of the owners but they didn't seem fazed. We got a couple small appetizers thank God. $41 dollars later, with no pizza with a 3+ hour wait, insult, they told us they wouldn't charge for the pizza. No s***, we never got the specialty pizza, why charge us for it? We watched every table get their pizza, eat, and go before they realized they didn't serve us. Paid $41 just to leave hungry and went to a fast food restaurant to finally eat dinner. Why couldn’t they just place a priority order in for our pizza since they screwed up? Feels like they were definitely targeting us for some reason.
