The customer service at the Arrowhead location is phenomenal. Another location had lost my order and the staff at Arrowhead could have just brushed me off or pawned me back in the location that dropped the ball. Instead they took their time to help me by calling other stores to locate the missing order and even followed up to make sure everything was taken care of.
