To start, the pastries are amazing. I am always on the lookout for a good croissant which is surprisingly hard to find in AZ. Their banh mi sandwiches are very very good. Very rich and flavorful. Their drinks are well done and high quality. And the biggest surprise is that their pho is good too even though they aren’t a pho restaurant. I haven’t tried the corn dogs though. Great local spot.
So I actually thought I wasn't a fan of banh mi sandwiches, but it turns out I hadn't had a good one. This place was great, tasted very fresh and the sandwich was flavorful and filling. The bread was tasty with a good amount of chew and I even had to get a Korean corn dog since it was on the menu, too much food but it was really good with some Sriracha. B1 and pho is really good. Great place we'll come back. Only warning note is the black coffee, if you are not a heavy cofee drinker stay far away from this, is good but will keep you going for 30hrs straight.
