We decided to take out one menu since we wanted to try new chicken brand. We googled which menu is the most popular one here and it said spaghetti; which was temporarily sold out. First time at this location and the service was very kind and joyful. They had an area for online pick ups and you check in with the front to get your bag. We had the original chicken with 3 sides - mashed potatoes (it was ok), spaghetti (should have gotten a larger size) and fries (also good but nothing out of the ordinary). I love Jollibee. But i have to wait 15 mins most of the time. I just thought it's going to be a bit faster since its a fastfood. And also a bit disappointing to travel from abbotsford to surrey, just to learn they are out of jolly spaghetti. But all in all, food is great. I wish they've done something to improve the services.
