“Had a late solo lunch at 38 Degrees last Monday! The long day I had and beautiful afternoon sunshine was practically yelling at me to go outside and skate haha, so I decided to mob down the street to 38 Degrees for a burger. I didn't get a burger though haha. I had the Buttermilk Fried Chicken Sandwich instead because the "habanero-orange reduction" caught my eye. The sandwich I got was HUGE. I had to press the sando down a bit. The sandwich was solid but to my surprise, not spicy at all. It was more sweet and savory. Flavor profile gave me Hawaiian vibes and I liked that! The fries were delicious, but I wish the sizes were longer and more consistent. A lot of my fries were short little nubs. I'm torn because I LOVE house-made fries... but I also love the consistency, shape, and crispiness of frozen fries. The true star of the show, was the side of aioli. MAN, this stuff was so good, I'm dedicating my Sunday morning to replicating that sauce. Their aioli is made in house and VERY garlicky (which I love). Overall, had a great experience at 38 Degrees last Monday. The servers were super friendly and attentive! We had a conversation about ADUs and I always appreciate Humans being Humans. Thanks for the talk fellas.“

“If you go super early, there's no one there yet. It's awesome it felt like I rented out the entire restaurant. The food is great, if you're a fan of eggs Benedict then you'll love the selection. Though if you're getting the fried chicken one that one does that longer to make. Each one is served with a salad so a nice balanced diet.Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options, just read carefullyDietary restrictions: Did not notice vegan options specifically but you can always go with potatoes and saladsParking: Depends on what time you go, just a little walk there if you're going in the structure. Street parking if you're having a lucky day“

“The Thursday - Sunday late evening/overnight staff is amazing! I've been coming here pretty much weekly since July 2021 and they have become like family, especially our regular server Lupe. The night manager is cool and when he gets on the stove his food is out of this world! They got a new cook a few months ago and they are great with consistently producing comfort, especially the fries (and I'm VERY picky about my fry consistency).“

“My God, I have to listen to my belt! Breakfast is a good meal to start your day, but we had food for the army. Ordered a huge pancake which was very tasty, breakfast tacos, eggs, bacon and toast for five people and yet here is more rescheduled. The portions are big and the food is good. I had to wear stretchable pants cause I had to adjust my waistband with a look. There are mostly expectations, but worth it people. Eat and be friendly. Until the next plate.“

“We brought the pooch with us to dinner, so we sat in the patio, which was nice and quiet and away from the busy inside. And even though we were the only ones sitting outside, our server was very attentive.I was pleasantly surprised with the new chicken tortilla soup. It has so much more flavor and veggies than before. It's so good, but the portion is smaller than I remember. The Bourbon chicken and shrimp were also very tasty and well seasoned. The steak was good, not dry, just a bit overcooked. I always like ordering side veggies, but here I am not a fan of their sides as these are frozen, not fresh; meaning the garlic green beans and steamed broccoli. All in all, it's a good neighborhood restaurant where you come for a quick bite or to enjoy a game or the happy hour drinks and specials and you already know what to expect which is not a bad thing.Parking: Adjacent free parking structure“
