The truck was at our What's Up SCV What the Truck event last night in Canyon Country. We got the Classic Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. It was wonderful! If you can't to Philly for a cheesesteak, then get one from Philly Jay's Steaks! It was the best one that I have ever had in CA! Tasted like a great cheesesteak should! Thanks for coming to our event!
Fast friendly and delicious. Highly recommend this place if you see them around. I had the classic philly cheesesteak.

Went for lunch, I noticed the guy eating while taking my order … the problem I had was he didn’t wash his hands & didn’t have any gloves on and was handling food. So I brought it to his attention and he said if you don’t like it cancel it. So I walked out. Absolutely disgusting
