“Aye here the first time,food was fresh also, I got a couple medium sliders and a "Hot"Nashville Hot chicken sandwich, and it was hot hahaha I like spicy but it was too hot for me to enjoy lol (I Did eat it ) but I would recommend the medium haha. I also got the angry Mac bowl hot, yeah I learned my lesson haha never get the hot lol but it was good. I love the music they play in here too, can enjoy it while you are eating your food. Sometimes it's gets real busy but the staff works efficiently to get the orders out quickly.“

“I was just about to walk out after waiting 20 minutes, sitting there, reading previous reviews about waiting 40 minutes and then thinking to myself, “I’m not waiting ANOTHER 20 minutes” being that I was only waiting for a 6 piece bucket, then comes the lady manager or owner, who took a look at me and asked me what I ordered. She noticed I was waiting awhile for my food and knew right away something must be wrong. Saw my order and immediately told her staff to get on it. Apparently one of the staff member was only doing drive thru orders or perhaps online orders and they totally missed my order. In either case, I was literally about to walk up to just cancel and just go somewhere else. She even threw in a couple pies that I didn’t order for free! Not to mention the pies were delicious! I’m definitely coming back for those pies (never tried before in any of the other locations). The shell of the pies was super crispy, just like their chicken. The dessert pie (that’s what it said on the paper packaging) was some ube/taro purple filling… tasted like taro with a smooth bean texture and it’s sweet. Everything else tasted really good! Crispy chicken with gravy, what can go wrong! If that lady was the owner, props to you! If you’re the manager, the owner needs to see this and do all they can to keep you there! Excellent job!“

“I'm always surprised by how quickly the mashed potatoes become cold. Not sure why they do, but cold mashed potatoes are gross. Otherwise we had a good dinner on a clean table, inside a clean restaurant, staffed with clean employees who were cheerful, efficient, and professional.“

“I think it was more of understand what the gentleman was saying. What I understood was if you get the 12 piece it's only $2 more then the 8 piece. And he charged me $20.99 instead of the $18.99. Initially I wanted to just pay for the 8 piece for $15.99. It's not about the money just about the communication. Very clean place“

“We were meeting friends in Half Moon Bay for a picnic and had promised to bring fried chicken. The Colonel was closed, but we read about Krispy and decided to try them. It’s in the convenience store in a gas station. Didn’t look too promising, but we were pleasantly surprised. They were just bringing out freshly cooked pieces of chicken and chicken tenders. Terrific! Everyone had their fill, nothing was left. Perfectly cooked and nicely seasoned plus a very pleasant staff!“

Took my order quickly, she had a back up of orders but told her staff, this is a quick order. Fulfill the order and let him enjoy his lunch. They were so fast I never even had a chance to walk way from the counter.The pieces were Fresh and Piping HOT..., I had to wait to enjoy my meal.Table and sitting area was supper clean.Whoever this Manager is, she knows how to run her restaurant.....As for fast food places you go to, any day can be a hit or miss. “Ordered online and picked up at the store. This is second time I’ve ordered online, and great experience both times. I parked right in front in space designated for online order pickups. Food is ready and bagged with my name on the bag. Super simple and convenient. Friendly, hard working staff inside in case of questions.“

“This has to be the worst Popeyes ever!!! When they first opened up it was great. But it has been all downhill from there!1. They never have any chicken2. Always missing items from your order3. I live less than a half mile away, and if I'm under the weather and I order delivery, the food is always cold4. The employees are not a good fit for the establishment. They're not rude but not very helpful with anything.5. On top of not having anything on the menu, it takes them FOREVER to get an order readyI won't be ordering from there anymore!!!“
