“The best waffles in Sacramento! Ordering at the window was a breeze, and right from the start, the owner was incredibly talkative and friendly. Despite not having blueberries, which he explained was due to his dedication to sourcing only the best quality ingredients, the care for food quality was evident. The waffles were absolutely delicious - crispy, crunchy, and perfectly balanced in sweetness even with the addition of chocolate.“

“This is a colorful little strip mall spot with a great salsa bar and very friendly counter service. The salsa was fresh and there are several varieties to choose from. The wife got her favorite, Camerones a La diabla and the shrimp were clean, and simmered in a rich , red sauce. The rice and beans are perfect!! I had the shrimp taco fish taco plate. The tacos were loaded with a killer slaw, cilantro and onions, and a killer sauce. I was full off one taco but if you know me, you know I finished both. This place is 10/10 and if we lived closer, would be our go to Mexican spot.“

“I don't even know what to say about Namaste foods other than I've never had anything that I didn't like from there. the food tastes wonderful. I was just at Sac Yard brewing where your truck was and had the samosas and the butter chicken fries and everything was hot fresh and tasty. the food is very gourmet tasting. fresh, hot and very well prepared!! I actually like it better than some of the fine establishments I've been to here locally. that's the best I can say to describe this truck. in this day and age of restaurants not seeming to care about their product this is a welcomed port in the proverbial storm! thank you Namaste Foods for caring! ❤️“

“Honestly, my BF found this place and I was skeptical but it was SOOO worth it. I got the Al Pastor burrito and he got tacos with all they're different meats to choose from! They don't have tapatio or different hot sauces to choose from but they have fresh salsa, toppings that you can take with you and I LOVE spice so when I tried their pickled onion with chopped up habanero I loved it! “We just moved to Sacramento and have been testing all the taco trucks in the area, this is by far the best one we have found so far. The carnitas are crispy on the outside and juicy deliciousness on the inside! The tacos are bomb and the burritos are bomb. We come get tacos and burritos almost every Tuesday. The ingredients are fresh and the staff is friendly. Highly recommend for some of the best tacos you can eat.“

“Hello. It was my first visit too this truck but I'll definitely be back. The service was with a smile. The food smelled so good I couldn't stand it,had to sit down. I ordered beef taco(I always make them into 2) Look at the beautiful green onion grilled. Limes, carrots,sauces. There actually was a piece of potato but I ate it. Superb!!!!!!“

“Randomly stopped here while out on some errands and wanted some lunch. Got 4 Pastor tacos for $11. The meat was perfectly tender and marinated, the tortillas are good and the salsas are great too. Although there are some things I could see people not liking about this place and that is the salsa not being self serve. It doesn’t come in a container, it’s served on the taco. For me it’s the perfect amount of salsa but for people who like to choose how much salsa they get it could be off putting. “What a mighty fine taco truck!!. It is located on the corner of El Camino and Howe in a parking lot. Their carnitas tacos are amazing. I love the self serve condiments that you need to make your taco tasty. They have 2 kinds of salsas, onions, cilantro, limes, etc. Take notice that they only take cash. I am very happy I tried this truck out. It is now on my lunch rotation. Try them out if you are in the area. I think you will like them too“
