“Great great great food!! Specially the Parathas, we tried vegetable and paneer paratha and it was delicious. Even kadhi kachori was super good. Dahi kabab was something different, never had so good in bay area before. The lady in the food truck is really sweet, she gave us complimentary cookies with chai. Good spot to have indian food and its not even costly.“

“This place is the best late night food in south San Jose. Can’t believe it took me this long to find it: 10/10. reminds me of North Carolina fried hot chicken. Especially with the banana pudding desserts with 3 diff flavor options!“

“Truly amazing food ! I tried their chicken fried rice, chicken 65 and rose lassi. It serves atleast 2 people. The quantity is huge. Food is super fresh. Flavors are bang on.I’m not spice tolerant so I’d asked for the medium , I will definitely go for the mild next time.Love the food !“

My friends and I had the tacos and quesabirria, all so delicious, the meats had great flavor, all the salsas were so fresh (esp the avocado one! Omg). Absolutely adore the owner, she's so kind and so fun! You won't regret hitting up this truck!“

“Hey SF Bay Area folks. This is a great find through serendipity. Diagonally from the Falafel Stop in Sunnyvale, we came across a very good permanent food truck. We were leaving our uncles place and at 9pm were hungry. While getting gas we saw Maya Kitchen with authentic Bombay / Mumbai street (chaat) food. My wife being the Pakka (true blood) Mumbaikar / Bombayite challenged the vendors. Well the food was spot on 100% excellent. The two founders started this two months ago, Harsh and Paul. Their day jobs are an executive chef at Google and regional GM at Hilton and are from Mumbai. They studied at the University of Bombay (KC). The bhel was amazingly spot on and right amount of peanuts, ragas patties was amazing. Lastly the pav Bhaji is straight from fresh tomatoes - no cans. We met a couple there and they were from Mumbai and they've have been here twice. Also if you are truly from there you can ask about some local favorites - not on menu. The food truck has permanent tables and seats as well. Mention we sent you there! If we are in the neighborhood we'll go there again. Move over Falafel stop. All others if you want to know what Bombay chaat food is just go here. And the Indian tea is spot on with zero sugar. Good Indian chai never needs sugar.....“

“My husband and I had an amazing experience in our Italian cuisine cooking session with chef Oscar . The chef is very kind and knowledgeable and he is happy to share all tricks and tips to extend our knowledge outside of the menu as well. Leilei is very friendly and sweet as well. Overall an amazing experience, can’t wait to return here for next sessions and more“

“The food is amazing. My favorite is the carnitas burrito. It’s super flavorful. The nachos are great too. My son loves the mixed plate and the tacos. Great horchata. It’s a food truck in the parking lot of a gas station so there’s no ambiance. People go there for the awesome food, not the atmosphere. Try it!“

“Located at (or I guess inside) O'Malley's pub, this unassuming Mexican place has great burritos. Service was easy and quick and you can order ahead of time for convenient pickup. The price is solid for Mexican food in this area and the taste and quantity of food is perfect. Definitely one of my go-to places for burritos in the PA/MV/LA area.“

“This was the closest high rated Mexican place to us when my wife wanted Mexican. And MAN we were impressed. We both had a burrito. They were exceptionally flavorful. I can see why this food truck is at the same location every day - they don’t need to travel when people come to them because they make such quality food! I was initially hesitant since it is a food truck, but I was proven wrong. This food truck is a gem.“

“By far the best tasting bbq in the Bay Area. Not only is the food great but the staff are ridiculously friendly. Gregory is the nicest guy. When we showed up towards the end of the day he went out of our way to accommodate our order even though they had run out of some of the popular meats and sides.“

“Where do I start???? I got some tamales and a super carnitas burrito. The two ladies inside were also super nice and was able to get my food at a quick time to go back to work. Now down to the bottom line, the food was incredible. Sauces were Devine. There's a lot of food trucks that stop by and come and go but this one is superb! Highly recommend on any given day! Mucho gracias“
“Fantastic food truck with a unique mix of Mexican and French dishes. The chicken tacos were amazing - fresh and flavorful. The beignets were also delicious - nice and airy. The chef has experience cooking at a French restaurant, and that shows in the quality of the French items.“

“Do not order online. You will not receive an itemized receipt, or an email confirmation, and you will be charged $2 for the "convenience" of ordering online, which is actually more convenient for the vendor.I ordered four tacos and did not get even a few chips with it, and had to practically beg for enough salsa for the tacos. And the tip jar was pushed into my face before I even saw the food. Incredibly rude.“

“Nestled within the bustling streets is a charming food truck, owned by a person hailing from Nepal. From the very first bite of their tantalizing chili momos and aromatic chow mein, I was enraptured. Week after week, I found myself drawn back to savor these delectable dishes. The refreshing tang of fresh lime soda perfectly complements the rich flavors, enhancing the overall dining experience. However, the truck's limited seating poses a minor inconvenience, necessitating patrons to either opt for takeout or enjoy their meal in the comfort of their car. Despite this, the food is reasonably priced, and the spice levels are customizable to suit individual preferences. It's imperative to communicate your desired spice level to ensure a satisfying culinary experience. With each visit, I am reminded of the owner's culinary prowess and their commitment to delivering exceptional flavors. This food truck has undoubtedly earned its place as a cherished dining destination among locals and visitors alike.Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie options from appetizers to momos to main course.“

“This place serves you Mumbai style Vada Pav in Sunnyvale. They serve it with besan dry masala and two chutneys, which is exactly how it is served in Mumbai stalls/ Redi. Pav Bhaji is spice level is extremely high, so one has to pick their option wisely. Masala pav was toasted well with butter and was worth repeating. Chaas is must if you are having Spicy Pav Bhaji.“
“The owner gave us an excellent service, he is very nice and polite, food is delicious, my husband ordered a combo taco plate, we get a carne asada taco for our baby and I ordered enchiladas michoacanas it take a little long to get our food but it was worth it, definitely we recommend it.“

“Came here and got a carnitas super burrito and a ham breakfast burrito. I liked the super burrito - that was really flavorful. The breakfast burrito tasted fine but it didn't have much texture. With the beans and the eggs, it just felt quite mushy. I wouldn't get that again but I'd definitely come back for the super burrito.“

“The food is absolutely delicious, the owners are nice, and the music is rad. The Quesabirria comes with 3 large tacos with beef birria and cheese with a side of consume, radishes, onions, lebu, green and red salsa. The tacos tasted AWESOME! Wasn’t a fan of the onion. Consume was flavorful. Green and red salsa had a tie, equally tasty.“

“Tacos were made to order, fresh and tasty! I loved that they were served with some grilled onions and there was a self-serve salsa bar with pickled veggies. The jalapeno was spicy! Great variety of meat options and a shaded table to wait/eat at.Parking: There was no line when we arrived as it was an off-peak hour but there was a steady stream of customers stopping by for takeout.“

“This is a review for their carne asada Super Burrito. Super crispy carne asada, and the salsa verde has a nice kick to it. One of the better burritos I’ve had in the bay area, I rate this truck highly - personally like this more than other south bay staples like Tacos Compa, Santiaguito, etc.“

“Finally had a chance to try their food. It is hard to find and like other reviewers say, there's no table. They are just kinda parking on the side of street. I tried tacos with braised pork (carnitas) their meat portion is generous and onion gives good flavor. But what I loved the most was their green sauce! So creamy and perfectly spicy!! It's just something different than other places. Next time is they have beef cheek and I like it, they will be my favorite taco track for sure. Can't wait.“
“Such a cute spot for coffee! Parking is limited but not impossible. There is only one set of chairs so I would recommend stopping by on a walk or grabbing it to-go. Hours are limited but if you're in the area, def recommend! Lavender coffee + brown sugar oat lattes were both delicious. I ask for mine extra sweet :)“
“Delicious, fast, and friendly. Exactly what you want in a taco truck. I got the bean burrito and taco plate. To me, if they can care enough for the simple items to make them good, everything else has the potential to be great. Will definitely be back“

“Surprisingly good tacos Al pastor! I took the recommendation from the food truck and I almost didn't because pork is not really my favorite. I usually go for fish tacos but I'm converted. I'll have tacos al pastor again from this food truck. You can order from their tablet and pay with Apple Pay.“

“I've had the chicken momo as well as the spicy fried rice from Everest Momo. The chicken momo is my go-to order. The chicken momo comes with 10 pieces of dim sum that is served with chili sauce and a Smokey Indian sauce that makes my taste buds water every time. It's a decent portion for the price. The truck they work out of can be deceiving. The cooks are in a janky trailer located in a closed down gas station parking lot. They provide tables and chairs to eat on.“

“We went to Scratch Cookery late on a Friday, and it was pretty packed. The line to order was a bit of a mess, but the food looked worth it.After getting a couple chicken sandwiches, I can confirm that the food was worth it. I went pretty conservative on the spice level (0 for one sandwich, and 1 for the other). I’d probably bump it up next time.A nice addition to the spicy sandwiches is the ability to use the packets of provided honey to make the sandwiches a sweet and savory combo. It was pretty nice.My one complaint is the fries. They were pretty bland and unremarkable.“

“I was genuinely blown away at how good the food is here. I’ve been to MANY taco places all over the world and can confidently say that Tacos Azteca knows and has perfected their craft. I’ve tried almost every type of taco on the menu and legitimately cannot choose a favorite as they are all extremely delicious. The service is quick and the staff is kind. This place is easily worth a trip to try.“

“This is my new favorite taco place, not the one you were expecting but definitely the one you are looking for! I got the cabeza tacos and pollo and asada, the cabeza is on point, the service is fast and friendly and most important of all the other facts, she makes the tortillas fresh, that alone is worth the trip out here! Relax in their seating area, eat some delicious tacos, plain and simple!“

“Definitely come here for the tacos, they're 5/5. No complaints, absolutely delicious. The burritos aren't the best. They also put tomatoes-A LOT. I've never been to a taco truck that puts tomatoes on their burritos. Definitely ruined it for me. It was laking some flavor too. All in all, give this place a try. Order their tacos and you won't be disappointed!“

“I had Dilli Chicken Tikka wrap/roll and my wife had Byculla Chicken sheekh roll. Rapchik Rooster claims it to be Calcutta kathi roll on their menu. I haven't been to a restaurant/food truck in Bay area yet that does a good kathi roll. So, I was curious when a friend recommended this place. The paratha used in the roll was good. It has a pleasant balance of flakiness, crunch and chewiness. I assume they make the paratha inhouse. My Dilli Chicken tikka was sadly not up to the mark. My wife enjoyed the Byculla sheekh roll. Taste is subjective; so I won't make any strong remarks about it.What I absolutely didn't enjoy is their use of spring greens in "Calcutta Kathi Roll". In Kolkata (and West Bengal overall) kathi roll is paratha, skewer, onions and green chili.“

“Got the quesadilla with mushrooms and it was delicious. The salsa was flavor full but not too hot. Tbh I expected huitlacoche but that’s okay, it was still good. I heard some people complaining about the pricing like pre-Hispanic Mexican food should be cheap. If you want cheap food, go somewhere else. They price appropriately for Mexican food with handmade tortillas and salsas. Y’all would be complain if it was French or Italian food with sauce from a jar. Get used to paying for what good food is worth or gtfo.“

“Best al pastor I have found in the Bay. It has the perfect mix of smoky spices, sweet pineapple marinade and crispy meat texture. Get the gringa!! Some of the other meats, I would not order again (tripa is gummy, suadero is bland) but it’s normal for a taco truck to have 1 specialty meat and suck at everything else, so no points off. Do NOT sleep on this pastor, period!“
