“For the Hayward store near Costco. My original order was incorrect & I had to return to the store for a replacement. After apologizing, They willingly made a new bacon cheeseburger. And, for the trouble of having to return, they gave me a free milkshake. Great service!!“
“Don't like their burgers, but the staff were friendly and their drinks machine is amazing. Try the pomagranate Aha with Ginger Ale. 3/5 Aha and the rest ginger ale... you're welcome! All food is expensive, but 5 guys is ridiculous.“
