“This is another amazing 3- Michelin-star experience in the Bay Area. It is quite impressive that a lot of the ingredients are seasonal and from their farm. The menu is heavily influenced by Japanese cuisines, so there are a lot of high quality fresh fish and vegetables. Their "first course" was the best for me. It consisted of 12 mini appetizers that were insanely delicious. The mushroom rice before desserts was another highlight as well. Service and ambiance are top-notch. Single Thread is well worth a trip to Healdsburg.“

“Overall lovely experience. Although the service was slightly slower , the server was busy and super kind and knowledgeable which made up for it. The only thing I would say, is the lighting in the inner dining room should be dimmed during dinner service to create a bit more warmth and ambiance.“

“Impressive venue, spectacular location. Just a few minutes from a beautifully designed Healdsburgh square. The restaurant is located in a historic mansion, warm and inviting upon entry. The staff is well trained, engaging but not over the top. Great selection of wines, I would like to see more of mid priced choices. All the dishes were well presented and proportioned. I was impressed how the chef made all the ingredients work in harmony. My appetizer and main dish were salty, next time I will ask for no added salt. The carrot cake for dessert was just plain. The added raisins did not elevate it, not comparable to my other dishes. A banal way to finish an otherwise fabulous meal. I will go back and I recommend it highly.“

“Food exceptional - fresh, bright and well composed General Manager asked us how we found the experience, to which we replied “great” He responded with “What could we do to make it better” - I appreciated that! Bit loud and tables closer together than I like. Wine list very local focused and a bit over priced. Great experience would happily return“

“Now, my favorite restaurant in Healdsburg. The menu is varied but short: 1 fish, 1 red meat, 1 pork, 1 fowl, 1 vege, and a chef's choice, as is the by-the-glass wine list. The bottled wine list is extensive. The service, the presentation, the food was, in a word, "perfect." The appetizers are imaginative. I loved the caviar served with creme fresh and seared threads of leaks. The duck breast was the best I have ever had: pink and warm on the inside with the skin seared to a crust with essentially no fat. The deserts were hard to choose from. We could tell that the staff, including the chef and owner are all proud of what they have and do. Expensive but not the most expensive in town. We are looking forward to going back.“

“Our server, Shannon, was amazing! She was new to the area, but was very well versed in the menu and provided incredible service. Make sure to order the trout tartare, goat cheese croquettes, and the Paris - Brest. Their non alcoholic cocktails are also very sophisticated!“

“Went for drinks and appetizers for my birthday last week! The manager Javier was super nice. Our server Diana took real good care of us. We had some fabulous food! It was a Monday so it was 1.00 day Oysters! My boyfriend had those and said they were the best he has ever had!.. I indulged in the Crab Cakes!! Wow!! Karen the bartender made me a great drink, Flower Girl. Was sooo good. The staff was super nice and brought out a small cheesecake with a candle! So sweet. Thank you to everyone. “This is one of the best hamburger restaurants I have ever been . The hamburgers are hand pattied with real beef and cooked to perfection . Usually when I ask for medium well the outside is charred but this was done in the middle ,but not burnt on the outside . My husband asked for medium and was cooked perfectly well with a little pink . The French fries are hand cut , not frozen and also cooked perfectly . My husband ordered a chocolate shake and was full of chocolate and also made fresh from ice cream and not ice milk or milkshake machine . The staff was friendly and helpful with ordering . The restaurant offers indoor or outdoor seating. We were looking for someplace quick but never expected a gourmet burger and fries. I recommend you eat here for excellent homemade burgers and fries!“

“The Sandwiches and the sauces are the bomb! I had the sweet potato taters as a side but it was too sweet with my Hula pulled pork, which was so good I had to take a nap later in the afternoon lol. Nice atmosphere right next to the town centre, lots of parking nearby, it was pretty busy for a Tuesday lunch so I'm assuming it is pretty popular. I am tempted to come back again during the afternoon because it looks like it could be pretty great during happy hour!“
