Service was extremely attentive and portion sizes for the meats was great. Atmosphere was good. Next time would love to try eating outside!Parking: I got there around 6pm. Great parking options. It did get busier around 7-730 and the parking lot was full.
Steven and Irene make you feel at home. Bak Kung is my favorite go to spot for KBBQ. It's the only place I know in LA that serves peeled shrimp, along with Beef Brisket and Beef Belly for my Surf 'n' Turf fix. They always hook it up with big portions and accommodate me with plain shrimp (no sesame oil or pepper) because of my allergies. If anyone ever asks me where to get the Best KBBQ in LA, I always recommend Bak Kung!

I have been coming here for a while. I believe ownership recently changed. There was 0 issue before as a customer, and hopefully, the old owner is well.I did not get the new owners name, but the changes being made are impressive. The meats have increased in quality, and pricing remains the same. It's a rare thing to see in 2024.on top of the increased quality, I also noticed a change in the menu.
