just drove from Pasadena and ordered from them, got the hocus pocus special milkshake with cup that was advertised...a man who seemed to be the owner got mad when the employee who was helping us found 2 last cups and started searching the back because he had 2 hidden in the back for him...he then complained when I asked if they had sherbet saying something along the lines of them being an ice cream place and they wouldn't have it on the east coast....he then came and charged us pushing the employee who was helping us to the side and then started complaining to her about cakes she needed to finish instead of letting her finish helping us. long story short the male who i believe is the owner was extremely rude and make it feel very uncomfortable to be in the buisness. first and last time coming here.
I couldn't be happier with this store. Due the chaos, and staying at home; I ordered a birthday cake from Carvers, thru the Door Dash app. Stephen, and his wife; you are all kinds of amazing. I am beyond satisfied with every aspect of my order. I live a couple hours away from my brother, but thanks to Stephen, and his wife; my brother was able to get a cake with Happy Birthday on it. We are in crazy times, and being able to send something personalized is not easy. Thanks to Stephen, and his wife; my brother in Los Angeles got a personalized birthday cake today. I am so grateful, thankful, and satisfied with the service provided. I will be using you again soon. Thanks so much Stephen.
