I really, really wanted to like this place. I wanted to go here for the longest time and when I finally did, I felt so uncomfortable that I left without purchasing any merchandise or even voting for the "cat of the week" which I had fully intended on doing. I had a reservation for 1:40 pm on Wednesday, June 14th and the woman who greeted us was rude and condescending and when I asked questions to clarify her instruction, it got even worse. She didn't even check to confirm our waivers were fully filled out before allowing us in the room and made the entire experience so high pressure and unpleasant. A few of the cats appeared to be dealing with health problems which I did notice the staff taking stock of. When I kindly mentioned what I had seen (an eye infection or possible "kitty cold" and a hotspot behind another's ear) I was immediately shut down by an even more condescending woman with a blonde pony tail. She shot back at me as if I had insulted her and I was so taken aback that I immediately started getting ready to leave. The only decent person was I assume to be a volunteer who offered to take a polaroid of us (which neither of the obnoxious other women had offered) and gave us plenty of feedback/background on individual kitties. I left holding back tears and I will never go here again. These woman literally deterred me from adopting. Don't waste your money. Donate directly to a local shelter.
