Came here and order the Michael Kelps Bento. Loved it! The flavors were perfect. The eel was not dry but tender, and the Sencha Tea was refreshing after a long day. Will definitely be back and recommend everyone to try.
I was a little disappointed about my drink. I assumed that what I saw in the picture which appeared to be some sort of garnishment, was included. I guess not. Aside from that small ordeal, the food was delicious and flavorful. It was definitely a nice experience and the staff was wonderful and attentive. It's a funny, unexpected thing to walk through a basic, outdoor mall and then end up in such an incredible, fine dining gem (fine dining but also comfortable/casual too?). Food is delicious! Fun music. Great, inventive cocktails. Reminds me so much of when I lived in Hong Kong and loved this yakitori restaurant called yardbird. We went to Hatch once years ago and came back last weekend and were so happy we returned. Hope to go again very soon!
