Joseon is an excellent choice for a great date night in Silverlake, Los Angeles. The "less is more" ambiance is favorable, the music is not loud so conversations come easier, the staff is attentive, and the food is pretty special. The name gives the impression of a golden era of Korean dining, and an experience designed for royalty, and we definitely felt that throughout the night. I didn’t think it was going to be a lot of food but boy was I full by the end of it. It was nice seeing familiar dishes transformed into more refined plates. Everything was tasty! I’m glad we tried it out.
