I purchased my birthday cake back in January. I tried to get in contact with a employee from the store to see if I could make a little minor changes to my cake on the day I purchased my cake but it was very hard to get in contact with a employee, I kept calling and after a week in a half later I finally got in contact with somebody from the store. They are my go to birthday cake place because of their location, their ownership, and most importantly the quality and presentation of their cakes.
