The staff is exceptional, fast and friendly service, but unfortunately, the homelessness issue is still present at this location. Entering the establishment and making customers feel fear as well as outside the establishment.
Coming from an event at the Beverly Center. Walked past here and noticed still open like 11 pm. Walked inside. Found that all orders are placed at two kiosks. Someone is nearby to assist if you need help but no cashier to take order. Got a late night burrito and service was quick. The restrooms are locked for customers only.

This taco bell is the best. The workers here are all very friendly and my orders have always been correct. I wish it had a drive through but other than that I’ll definitely be coming back here when I get a tbell craving!
