It was a horrible experience. My family and I just decided to have wing stop on our way to another location. First, I ordered a large family meal so I knew it would take awhile but to watch several people after me order and receive their meal really upset me. There was a manager on site at the beginning of my order but she soon left, and once that happened the young employees began to boast that there were no managers anymore. That's when the inappropriate language and music began to start. They played around with a customer that walked in that worked at another establishment near them an it was so unprofessional. The cashier began to curse while telling a story of how she don't care about this job because she has another so she don't take "shit from customers". Once they realized I began to get upset they tried to pacify me with lies about how my order was "almost ready". Well forty five minutes later it was. It seemed like without supervision the child care which is titled wing stop couldn't give customer service or pride in their company....
