“Probably the best sandwich ‘I’ve ever had. Try the Cubano or the Carnitas:“
“This is definitely one of the best authentic Hawaiian food that you can get here in the Bay Area. They work in a ghost kitchen, which means it isn't a restaurant. You order through their website and select a time for pickup. They only operate on Thursday-Saturday with time slots for pickup being very limited. I recommend ordering at least a week before you plan to pickup because there won't be available times if you order the week of.Hawaiian Garlic Shrimp: I am so amazed by how this tastes. Those who have went to Hawaii, this is the closest thing to Giovanni's Shrimp Truck in Hawaii. The shrimp is cooked to perfection and there is TONS of garlic. This is a must get!!!Original Spam Musubi: Great meat to rice ratio. They put big pieces of spam inside so every bite is flavorful. The spam is cooked with a tangy sweet sauce, which is how it is supposed to be everywhere.Chicken Katsu Musubi: The chicken is so tender! Skin of the chicken is crispy and the pickled cabbage tops it all off. The cabbage gives a nice crunch and refreshing taste to balance out the fried taste with the chicken katsu.“

“** Uber Eats / Take-Out Review ** When I was scrolling through my app, Ramen 101 caught my interest as I was craving some Ramen but I was surprised to find that they also have Hawaiian BBQ? Definitely thought this was weird as specializing in two different things usually doesn't end up too good but to my surprise....it was excellent! Really glad I got to try out this place as now I have a new place to order Hawaiian food and Ramen at once. [[ Food ]] For my first time I tried: 1.) Black Garlic Ramen (Mild Spicy) 2.) Hawaiian BBQ Mix As this is a store with multiple chains/locations, I thought the Ramen was actually pretty decent. The broth was relatively thick and had good flavor. The best part of the Ramen was the noodles. Good thickness and good texture compared to some other places with soggy noodles. Pretty surprised how decent this was. Volume was decent and had a lot of things inside the bowl. For the Hawaiian BBQ Mix, I also thought they knocked it out of the park. Each one of the meats (Chicken, Beef, and Short Ribs) were juicy and tender and not overcooked. It's rare that all 3 of the meats were cooked well at an establishment and I quickly devoured the plate. Volume again was decent for this dish as there were plenty of everything.“

“About the best deli in Milpitas is the CRUST Sourdough Deli, don't ask why, just believe it because it's true! After spending a couple of hours with my old pal Mr. Peabody and his boy Sherman we decided to have lunch, and well...the CRUST Deli called to us like a colony of ants to Aunt Bee's picnic. We didn't have a lot of time because the Wayback machine was set to take Peabody back to times best forgotten.But....how can you forget those sandwiches from CRUST they were Amazing! 5 Stars. ☆☆☆☆☆“
