Outstanding service. Ribeye was thinner than I anticipated, but is now a new fave. Temperature was perfect to order. Flavor was excellent. Sides (roasted potatoes , cream spinach, broccolini, mac & cheese were top notch. Couldn't have asked for a better dining experience in downtown Napa.

It's Kind of in the Lobby but other than that the Food is awesome .. servers and waitstaff were great .. Lauren and Jose were great, didn't miss a beat .. Overall great food ?

I was really surprised at how disappointed we were in our experience here, particularly since Charlie Palmer came highly recommended. Any of these issues on their own wouldn't be a big deal but when you add them up it's what led to my poor rating of our experience. All of the staff was very nice and helpful but everything was very slow. Are table wasn't ready so we sat in the bar to have a drink. We sat there for about 15 mins before anyone approached us. A server eventually did come by and apologized for the wait. We were seated 25 mins later however, our food seemed to take forever (the waitress apologized twice, in fact). There were two of us and we were there for over 2 hours. At dinner, we ordered two sides, one was incorrect. The staff was busy and it had already taken so long for our food to come out that I didn't make a fuss at that point. I ordered the bass and it was extremely overcooked, to the point that I just picked at it and couldn't eat it. My husband had a ribeye, which he really enjoyed. All in all, for the price, the experience was sub par. The ambience was great, so I'll give them that.

Went here a few years ago for our anniversary Napa trip. The service was so poor, food cold, literally worst experience we've ever had. Told the assistant manager but only for information sake and when he asked Me “what can I do for you?” I told him to train his staff and paid entire bill then left. The head manager of the restaurant called me the next day and apologized. After a long discussion he insisted to comp the meal, which was over $300, and “give us another try” and I appreciated the gesture and he sent a gift card. We live in Vegas and I found out they had closed the restaurant in town. We were back in town this weekend and went to Charlie Palmer in the Arches. Servers were good but the food was mediocre and significantly overpriced. At the end of the meal I gave them the gift card and it was for $50. That was a slap in the face when he had offered to comp our previous meal to give them a second try. Trust me, we travel a lot and eat at excellent restaurants this is a place I'd avoid. Better experience at Outback!

Excellent food! Lamb lollipops are amazing. My only gripe is that I ordered my steak medium and my husband ordered his medium-well, and they got it mixed up. Even still, my steak was still really good, so it wasn't a big deal. Great place tho. Service was great too.

My wife and I enjoyed the food, ambience and atmosphere of the restaurant. We recommend having a wonderful date night for those who want to enjoy a romantic dinner for two and if possible stay the night in the hotel.

Everything was outstanding. However, at the end of our meal we were rushed out of the restaurant because they wanted our table for another party. This was my daughters 50th birthday party and rushing us out put a bad taste in our mouths.

While the servers were nice, there were some problems with the kitchen. Several tables had to wait over an hour between appetizers and their entree, even though the restaurant was pretty empty (now we know why). When our dinner arrived, my steak was smothered in some sauce and it was raw. They comped everything, but that did not make up for a lousy Friday evening in Napa.

I came here to celebrate my birthday. Firstly, the staff were very nice and attentive. To start, we got calamari, to me it was pretty standard with the taste. For the entree we got the tomahawk steak to share with mac n cheese & mushrooms for the side. The tomahawk steak was medium rare and cooked to my liking. The sides were smaller than expected but were good. In my personal preference, I thought the all food was quiet salty. At the end of dinner, they did offer a small cheesecake which was nice. Overall, I think this place is just okay. The restaurant itself had a nice atmosphere but keep in mind that parking could be difficult.

It was a good day to celebrate my daughter's birthday. The food was delicious, and the service was great. There were not a lot of people dining so we're able to enjoy the quiet ambiance inside the restaurant.

This review is strictly for their happy hour and I'm hesitant to leave the review because I don't want the word getting out. Great well-made cocktails and the happy hour food was amazing! Honestly didn't think we could possibly pay so little here in Napa. Get here early so that you can get a table in their beautiful setting!

The meal was amazing. The rack of lamb was perfect, the carrots and potatoes were very good also. Also ordered the Butternut Squash soup which was delectable. The service was so good and personalized to us. Could not have expected a better meal.

The service, food and experience was “ok”. Value was good . Especially the wine list was very reasonable with some specials they had. There are so many GREAT restaurants in Napa Valley, this one is not one I could recommend. Especially driving from St. Helena.

Restaurant is located inside the Archer hotel in a more open space. That in itself takes away from the dining experience, feels more like a hotel bar. We were a party of 8 with reservations and we were seated quickly. The assistant waitress provided us all water and took our drink orders. After that, we didn't see our actual waitress for about 20 minutes. Once we tracked her down to order, we didn't receive our entrees for another hour. We sat at 6:30 and our food didn't come out until almost 8. When the food did come out we were provided scalding HOT plates without warning, our sides were lukewarm and the waitress only "engaged" with us when collecting the check (which we also had to flag her for). The insane amount of time it took for our food was solely on the kitchen, totally understand our waitress had no control over that. However not checking in on our table or setting expectations about our order was really just a hospitality miss on her part. The food did not taste bad, but the visit isn't worth the frustration. I would not recommend, there are better options available in Napa. Cocktails were NOT GOOD.
