I have a meeting at the Napa Marriott every year and we make a point to come to Il Posto Trattoria every time as it is our favorite Italian restaurant. No need to go to downtown Napa for great food. This is a gem of a restaurant!

I've gone back several times when in Napa on business and I am never disappointed at this local neighborhood spot. Bar area was a little crowded on my second trip but they sat me at a table anyway even though I was solo. Delicious classic Italian!

Wife and I delayed going to Post Trattoria because we liked Don Giovanni so much glad we finally did it. It is very comfortable and quality experience service great food, reasonable prices wonderful service.

Wonderful dinner at Il Posto again. Il Posto is our favorite restaurant when we are visiting Napa & Golfing. Located just a mile from hour Hotel on the same street. Atmosphere is welcoming. Menu selection is very comprehensive. Service is always outstanding.

Outstanding Italian food. We had a party of 10 for a small company party.. Ordered apps for whole table and everything and everyone was thought it was excellent. Service was first class. Their sauces tasted like homemade. Small place with a family feel. Will come again next time visiting Napa.

We really enjoyed our dining experience at this restaurant. Food was all made in house and we even had a visit by the manager to our table. Everyone was very attentive and polite throughout our experience. Highly recommend for something good and out of the usual tourist area of Napa.

Always wonderful here. Great food, fantastic service, great atmosphere and music. It was loud but I think it is the acoustics of the building. It was very full (which is a great thing) and busy which is nice to see on a Wednesday night. We were surprised how busy it was and all the tables full and even outdoor dining in on a chilly night(they have heaters). It just goes to show you that this hidden gem has a great following and business so we didn't mind the loudness of the crowd. I would rather see it busy than quiet! Never a bad meal or service here! Well worth it!!

The restaurant is beautiful and the staff is great. I really loved the pizza but the lasagna was a bit of a let down. Both the pasta and sauce needed a bit more salt for my tastes. The soup of the day was a cream of mushroom that was very well made. The salad was very fresh. Overall a great dining experience. There's plenty of seating indoors with some outdoor seating available as well.
The atmosphere was nice, the employees were nice, but the service was lacking a little. It took them a while to take our orders, and then the food was brought out before our salad, so I had to cancel the salad. 2/3 of our dishes were on the bland side, just no decent flavor.

Excellent dishes. We shared the shaved brussels sprouts for a starter. My partner had the Arcola salad with grilled chicken breast. I had the Risotto special with saffron and shrimp and scallops.

We love Il Posto and this visit did not disappoint. Hector took great care of us with his knowledge and service. Ask for him by name. We had the pesto ravioli? Sautéed calamari and sausage app as an entree and eggplant parm. None of us could finish our meal but it made a great lunch the next day. Highly recommend this restaurant.
