Properly chewy sourdough crust with a sublime tomato sauce. Had pepperoni with Arugula on top. Aromatics through the roof, with absolutely delectable honey notes supporting floral character from the pepperoni and arugula. Seriously good.
This location has sooo much potential, it is a shame to see it marred by poor service. I ordered a pizza and glass of wine on a slow evening, and the service could not have been much worse. Despite the significant tip I paid when ordering, the cashier never looked at me, and appeared annoyed to be disrupted from talking to her friend at the bar area. The pizzas had an average taste, the calamari pizza was great but felt over-salty.We were told to wait for 7-10 mis for the pizzas to be received but weren't ready went to pick them up after 10mins. We waited another 10 mins after that.They have an outside table but that's not great, just a table and chairs with so many flies around the table that it's a little disgusting.
