This store seems to have a lot of regulars. Customers walk in and the servers know their beverage of choice and entree! Great service, fair prices, and good food with decent portions! This is my second Black Bear Diner to review and it’s been consistent! I do have to say that the decor seems a bit tired and there was a musty smell in the dining area when I walked in. Other than that, it was a pretty nice experience!

This is the place to go for slow cooked pot roast and brown gravy!!! Better than Mom used to make and the only place I've ever ordered it twice.The only problem is choosing between the roast and the chicken pot pie.

We hadn't been to this restaurant in over a year as the last time the food was terrible and the service was not the greatest, since then we went back and the food is definitely back to being good and our server was great she came back several times to offer us more coffee or anything else we needed, now that the food and service is alot better we will definitely be returning and anyone who wants to know of a good restaurant, we will recommend Black Bear, but I wish you would bring back the Home Fries for your breakfast menu.

Trying to nap a black bear diner can only give them one star and eat, not rolling impressed with the serviceWheelchair accessibility: Harley any room on the front porch open the door with somebody in a wheelchair and when you’re trying to walk down the walkway people come up there’s no room for you to move or them to move

Came here twice for breakfast on our Napa stay, it’s that good, specially the pancakes, the texture and flavor is so yummy, they are a 10/10!Friendly service and cozy atmosphere.
I went there for breakfast. Reasonably priced, fast service and decent food. Taco salad at lunch was very good too.

I was real disappointed in this black bear. I had open face turkey sandwich the turkey tasted like lunch meat gravy tastes like it was out of jar or can. Mashed potatoes were good I am sure before the gravy was added. My husband had salad chicken was hard. My son had chicken strips hard. I have been to many black bear dinners. Napa has to be one of the worst . I have went there many years back and for some reason I never went back . Tried it again and remembered why I never go there. Also took a piece of cheese cake home asked my son how it was he said horrible. I don’t know what is going on in this restaurant but it need looked at by the owners.

I was really glad we had breakfast at black bear diner in Napa. Food was really tasty, and our server was really accommodating.. she even went above and beyond and gave us ice cream for my boyfriend to blow candle for his birthday. Thank you!
