A bowl of spaghetti is over $25 and includes nothing, no salad or garlic bread. It isn't a large serving, as a senior citizen with less appetite, I finished it, nothing left. Place is noisy, their music is turned up so everyone must raise voices to be heard. We only went there because we had a credit from the resort. Still, I was disappointed.

This was our 2nd visit to olive and hay- we had such a great experience. We were lucky to have Em as our server again and she goes out of her way to make everything fantastic! I made a mistake on the reservation and had 2 people vs 4 and the hostess was great- even though it was busy she found us a great table and got us in. The food was great, service was excellent, had a wonderful experience!

We had to wait 25 minutes after our reservation time to be seated. Once seated there were several available tables open. It was clear they were understaffed. The server Em was lovely, the food was good, but the noise level made it hard to talk.

We had big Italy salad, bread, pepperoni pizza and rigatoni pasta. The pasta was delicious 10/10. Perfect meat pasta ratio. I've had pizza there before which is why I got it and was excited to eat it again, but it could've been better but definitely not bad. The salad was delicious 10/10. The bread did not have any flavor. It was pretty dense. The olive oil butter I believe that was served with it also did not have any flavor. I would skip it all together. Customer service is always divine here. My only complaint if any.. was that they were extremely persistent with picking up the plates. At one point it did feel like we were being rushed out. It was a Saturday night.. so I get it.. but that did ruin the experience. We had three people ask to clear our plates within 5 minutes. It was very excessive. Then when we finally said yes to the request to give us boxes, they didn't box it for us. I thought as much as the insisted to bring us a box and clear the plates they would've done that. Everyone was pleasant and attentive. That would be my only comment.

We came here for the first time with four of us on a Friday night. Reservations were pretty easy. The table we got sat at was very nice. Large. Near the patio. Our server was very sweet. The experience was pleasant. The only problem was the food. I was hoping for something much tastier. We ordered a cheese and a prosciutto pizza. Not a lot of flavor. Hardly any prosciutto. Like one slice per slice of pizza. Cheese pizza was bland. We also got two pastas. They tried to cook it al dente but it fell flat. The sauce wasn't that exciting as I had to put salt on it. And they were out of black truffle even though it was on the menu. Annoyance with that. We had a bottle of wine as well. My husband had a salad and he said it was tasty. Said it could use more dressing. We had the burrata which was really tasty. Their bread is yummy as well with the butter. We then completed it with the donuts. Which fell flat in my opinion. They have a cream in them like an eclair which was off putting. Also we did have the truffle fries. Fries were cooked perfectly but there was hardly any truffle to it. Fell flat. Overall I won't be suggesting this spot to anyone and may return to try again but probably not any time soon.

Very happy to have taken a chance on this place. We had a great time celebrating our son's birthday. We most especially appreciate, Wilbert, whose service was impeccable. We will definitely be back!

We celebrated our 29th anniversary, we were welcomed with a card by the staff along with bubbly on the house. The waiter was very attentive and made sure we enjoyed ourselves throughout the evening. Manager stopped by to refill our wine and checked in on us as well. Best evening!!

A Mixed Experience at Olive and Hays: Exceptional Service, Hit-or-Miss Cuisine My recent visit to Olive and Hays provided a mixed dining experience, where exceptional service stood out amidst some culinary disappointments. While the ambiance was pleasant and the service commendable, the inconsistency in food quality left much to be desired. Despite being short-staffed, the waitress at Olive and Hays went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience. Her attentiveness and professionalism were commendable, adding a personal touch to the evening despite the challenges faced by the restaurant. While some dishes at Olive and Hays left a lasting impression, others fell short of expectations. The Salmon, although satisfactory, lacked the wow factor one would expect from a seafood-focused establishment. However, the Linguine ai Frutti di Mare was a major disappointment. Not only did it lack flavor, but it also emitted a noticeable unpleasant odor, indicating that it might not have been properly prepared or marinated.Despite these shortcomings, the Tiramisu and Burrata were truly exceptional. Each bite of the Tiramisu was a heavenly combination of rich, creamy flavors, while the Burrata offered a delightful burst of freshness and texture. While my experience at Olive and Hays was a mixed bag, the outstanding service and memorable desserts partially compensated for the culinary letdowns. With some improvements in consistency and quality control, Olive and Hays has the potential to become a standout dining destination for seafood lovers.
