I was in a hurry to get to a meeting this morning so I ordered ahead on the app. When I got to the store my coffee was there and when I picked it up I noticed that it felt way too light. For context, I’ve been ordering at this Starbucks location for 2.5 weeks now while I’ve been here for work. I order the same drink, a grande flat white, every time. I’ve been drinking flat whites for years now, but when I got this one today it was ½ foam. The coffee literally filled the cup halfway and the rest was foam. For over 6$ this is ridiculous! A flat white should have foam but it shouldn’t be, and it has never been, half a cup full. I was extremely disappointed since it’s not cheap. I was in a rush though so I didn’t have time to talk to a barista about it. I’m going to be give my business to Peets from now on!

This Starbucks is absolutely the best I have been to. There is a young lady there in charge, Ashley I believe is here name. She is so friendly and kind, she knows how to make an amazing drink. If you need a perfectly made Starbucks drink handed with a smile, this is the Starbucks for you.

I used my mobile app and picked up in the drive up so I am only rating that service. Order was ready on time and it was correct. The line at the drive up went fast. Window server was very cheerful and kind.

This place when in comparison to the other Starbucks on Soscol. Well this place is the best. Excellent service, delicious, strong coffee. Always leave satisfied.
Arrived at the Starbucks at 7:30am on a Sunday and the lobby didn't open until 8am. I get it, labor shortages however why would you staff big on the weekend in Napa? So a bunch of cars were parking out front, reading the sign and then driving around to the drive thru. The line was long. I felt bad for the two people overwhelmed. Our drinks were I wanted to redeem my 2 free weekend drinks but the app wanted me to preorder but that would have meant our drinks would have been cold due to the long drive thru line and the lobby not being opened. Ug, I think I'm going to miss my free drinks.

While visiting in Napa I decided I needed a great cup of coffee. I found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable about their product. Plenty of sugars in the condiment bar. An ideal location.
