Sitting upstairs was extremely loud. The acoustics are terrible so we could barely hear each other speaking over the loud tables beside us. Our service was unfortunately mediocre, and we were freezing the whole time. Our appetizer were good and our entrees were great.

One of the greatest meals we've ever had! So creative. Counterintuitive ingredient pairings but in the end...mind blowing! Very knowledgeable staff w wine pairing recommendations as well! Outstanding!

We enjoyed a 3 day girls weekend recently and saved TORC for last.-and yes it was the Best. The menu celebrated Spring with some solid dishes; everything was delicious. Cocktails were tasty. We were blown away with the mouthwatering dessert menu- creative and amazing!

Before arriving for a conference, I had read about the top restaurants in Napa to visit this being one of them. It definitely held up to its reputation the $50 grilled cheese with truffles was absolutely amazing and worth it. I can't recall the other dishes that we had but they were also amazing. The carrot cake wasn't the best carrot cake I ever had, but it was still very good. I highly recommend making reservations while in advance before visiting Napa.

We are locals and this is our "go to" restaurant in Napa because the food is consistently excellent as well as the service. We usually eat at the bar but decided for a sit down table on the main floor last night....seemed like a little too much attention so we will sit at the bar in the future.

would recommend for happy hour—best we could find in napa! we tried the deviled eggs and sweet potato pakora which were both great, and we also liked the double ipa and southside strut cocktail :)

Everything start to finish was as perfect as it can get. Greeters were friendly, our server was truly outstanding and the entire team is very efficient on water refills. We were never rushed, our server explained the menu and answered our questions. We shared the amazing deviled eggs with a subtle crunch of bacon, followed by scallops for my friend and the devine soft shell crabs for me. We each had a glass of Vivier Chardonnay from Sonoma Coast which was delicious. One of my top meals ever.

What a fabulous meal! We did a couple of appetizers and then moved on to two specials of the day, Lobster Thermador with a curry sauce and the dry aged ribeye which were so good and went so well with the Sine Qua Non! Just leave it in the Chef's hands! Best meal in Napa!

Best meal we've had in quite awhile. Special dinner celebrating a big bday and we did corkage with our own special wine but they had a great wine list. Really good vegetarian pasta, appies were awesome. Great night and excellent food.

Two of the three dinners (scallops) were excellent. The pasta with chicken was OK, but clearly not in the same league as the scallops. Restaurant was lightly attended (it was Tuesday night), and service was good. Overall I would give it a B.

Food and atmosphere was terrific. The food would give any NYC upscale restaurant more than a run for its money. Very thoughtfully prepared meal and tastes. Simple dishes with artful complexity. The Hamachi appetizer was light yet so much was going on with various spices, greens and citrus notes. A winner....as were the main courses from the scallops to the pastas. A menu that was artfully described by our server Lisa. Wine pairing perfectly complimented our meal. And the music....Neil, Dead, Allmans....what more can you ask for.
